One-on-one coaching is a unique high value service which we can supply for individuals, using the convenience of the latest web-based technology together with interactive talks and tele-contact sessions. Remote locations are easily handled in our coaching system. You simply need a computer with broadband access and a telephone. We do the rest.

Coaching calls are made between 6pm and 9pm Australian Eastern Standard Time, Monday to Friday. Bookings are essential.

Coaching commercial real estate is customized and delivered one-on-one for professional development towards your targets.  Our target is to help you enhance your commercial real estate productivity and effectiveness.  Our coaching clients develop a personal mission statement for their career, explore self-limiting beliefs, learn goal-setting and time-management skills and use visualization to mentally rehearse their achievements. All high-achieving individuals or those who want to go to the next level in their commercial real estate career are ideal candidates for our one-on-one coaching programs.  It is a proven fact that people perform more effectively with the right guidance and coaching.  High performing athletes and successful business people are testimony to this.

How is the coaching done?

'Commercial Catalyst' commercial real estate one-on-one coaching is conveniently completed in either 30 minute or 60 minute sessions on a weekly basis.  Methods of coaching delivery include the weekly one-to-one sessions by phone, plus support materials. Extra inter-session contact is arranged if required.

Coaching includes worksheets, proprietary support materials, pdf format papers relevant to the coaching topic, MP3 audio files, and special support contact in between sessions.

You are not bound to any time limit or coaching term with us. Only one weeks notice is required to stop the coaching service when you have learnt enough for your needs. We do however recommend an initial one or two-month commitment to insure the successful integration of the coaching material into your life and commercial real estate activity. Coaching results are based upon your completion of all coaching assignments.
